Green healthy fruits, from rain-fed groves of southern Peloponnese, immediately crushed around 27C, are selected to give this exclusive product. Characterized by strong bitter and spicy flavor, it contains high levels of polyphenoles like elaiokanthal and oleuropein (health claim).
