Our shell pistachio produced by group of farmers from family trees in Mesogea – Attica. Our preferred cultivation based on low environmental impact ways. Hand collected in August and sun dried.  Packed in protective atmosphere in two bags per package.
For the roasting we use fresh lemon juice and sea salt flakes following traditional recipe.
Keep in cool and dry place.
